Outstanding!! For every part of the process. Not only are the pulls GORGEOUS, but working with Claude really was a delight. During a difficult kitchen remodel, I reached out to Claude for help with a large order of pulls on a tight timeline. Not only did he get them out to me in record time, he communicated through every step in the process, making me feel included. The pulls themselves are exquisite, and the pics on Etsy look exactly like the product. Very unique. I spent a lot of time searching for the right pulls, and so many were monotonous and boring. These are neither. I had questions about the finishes, and Claude sent detailed pics of all the choices. I HIGHLY recommend both Claude and his products. I will definitely be working with him again!
